Du übernimmst eine zentrale in der finanziellen Führung der Migros Industrie \- mit Fokus auf klare Treiber, transparente Kostenstrukturen und wirksames IT\-Controlling. Dabei setzt du Standards, verbesserst Abläufe und lieferst dem Management präzise Reports für fundierte Entscheidungen.

Was du bewegst

  • Du steuerst das Controlling der Migros Industrie AG und sorgst für Transparenz bei Kosten, Ressourcen, Budgets, Forecasts und Projekten.
  • Du verantwortest die finanzielle Steuerung des Overheads der gesamten Migros Industrie, definierst Kosten\- und Steuerungslogiken, entwickelst aussagekräftige Treibermodelle und stellst die Einhaltung einheitlicher Standards sicher.
  • Du entwickelst das IT\-Controlling weiter und unterstützt fundierte Entscheidungen zu IT\-Services, Business Cases und Transformationsvorhaben.
  • Als Sparringspartner für Management, Fachbereiche und Werke identifizierst du finanzielle Auswirkungen operativer Entwicklungen und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du entwickelst das Management Reporting und die zugrunde liegenden Steuerungslogiken kontinuierlich weiter, sorgst für konsistente Kennzahlen und schaffst ein einheitliches finanzielles Gesamtbild als Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Du begleitest strategische Programme wie ONE mit Fortschritts\-, Kosten\- und Nutzenanalysen und schaffst Transparenz über deren wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Fachrichtung: in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. Weiterbildungen im Finanzbereich (z. B. Controlling, Accounting, FP\&A) von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling idealerweise in einem Industrie\-, Produktions\- oder FMCG\-Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Financial Planning \& Analysis, Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Management Reporting.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftskennzahlen und der Ableitung finanzieller Auswirkungen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Hohe analytische Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\- und BI\-Systemen, insbesondere SAP und Power BI.
  • Verständnis für IT\-Finanzen, Business Cases und Transformationsprojekte von Vorteil.
