In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verantworten Sie tägliche Finanztransaktionen und offene Forderungen und wirken bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit.

Ihre Aufgaben: Verbuchung und Abstimmung täglicher Bankbewegungen in verschiedenen Währungen Verarbeitung und Abstimmung von Zahlungseingängen aus unterschiedlichen Zahlungssystemen Verantwortung für das Debitorenmanagement, inklusive Kontenabstimmungen und Klärung offener Positionen Aktives Forderungsmanagement und Durchführung des Mahnwesens Austausch mit Kundschaft, Vertrieb und internen Stellen zu Zahlungsdifferenzen und offenen Forderungen Bearbeitung von Fremdwährungsthemen und Intercompany-Verrechnungen Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei den Vor- und Nacharbeiten Stellvertretung im Kreditorenbereich und Unterstützung der Finanzbuchhaltung einer Produktionsgesellschaft Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und schrittweise Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben, zum Beispiel im Bereich MWST Ihr Profil: Weiterbildung mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise mit breiter Erfahrung im Financial Accounting Fundierte Praxis im Debitoren- und Forderungsmanagement Erfahrung mit Fremdwährungen und Intercompany-Verrechnungen Erste Erfahrung mit Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten Erfahrung in einem Konzern oder international ausgerichteten Unternehmen Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Buchhaltungssystemen sowie gute Excel- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Das dürfen Sie erwarten: Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Eigenverantwortung Innovatives Umfeld in einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe 40-Stunden-Woche und flexible Arbeitszeiten Mindestens fünf Wochen Ferien und 13.
