Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie analysieren relevante Finanz- und Unternehmenskennzahlen und schaffen damit aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Sie koordinieren in Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen den Budgetierungsprozess und führen die Finanzplanungen auf Gesamtorganisationsebene zusammen
  • Sie verantworten das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS), beurteilen finanzielle und betriebliche Risiken und definieren geeignete Massnahmen zu deren Reduktion
  • Sie führen interne Revisionen durch und wirken bei der Erstellung von Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüssen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Rechnungslegungsstandards mit

Ihr Plus für den neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundausbildung und haben sich im Bereich Controlling weitergebildet, beispielsweise auf Stufe HF, Universität oder mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit und verfügen idealerweise über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Abschlusserstellung nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER
  • In Deutsch kommunizieren Sie stilsicher, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Französisch sind von Vorteil, zudem sind Sie im Umgang mit BI-Tools versiert
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine analytische und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie durch Eigeninitiative
