Zur Verstärkung des Finance Teams suchen wir eine analytisch starke und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, welche die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzsystemlandschaft sowie die Optimierung gruppenweiter Reporting- und Datenprozesse vorantreibt.

Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für das Microsoft Business Central ERP-System inklusive Administration, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Workflows
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Integration von LucaNet als Konzernkonsolidierungs- und Planungslösung
  • Sicherstellung der Datenintegration zwischen ERP, CRM, Reporting-, BI- und weiteren Finanzsystemen
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Überwachung von Datenschnittstellen sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Konsistenz
  • Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Finanz- und Management-Reports
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Reporting-, Forecasting- und Controlling-Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Data Engineering, IT und internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen aus Systemsicht
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Tests sowie Schulungen für Endanwender
  • Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich Finance Systems, Business Analysis, Reporting oder Financial Controlling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Erfahrung mit Finanz- und Reportingprozessen sowie gutes Verständnis von Bilanz, Erfolgsrechnung und Konzernreporting
  • Kenntnisse in LucaNet, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Reporting- und Konsolidierungslösungen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich Datenaufbereitung, Power Query und Reporting
  • Hohe Affinität für Systeme, Datenflüsse, Schnittstellen und Prozessautomatisierung
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
