Für unsere Kundenfirma, ein renommiertes Unternehmen im Bau\- und Immobiliensektor in Bern, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für die Finanzbuchhaltung.

Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) 80\-100% =================================

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Verantwortung für die interne Buchhaltung sowie verschiedene Mandate * Erstellen von Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Jahresenddeklaration (Vorbereitungsarbeiten für den Treuhänder) * Abklärungen für Steuer\- und Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen * Aktive Mitarbeit bei Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen und Erstellung der Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen * Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen * Vorbereitungsarbeiten für die Revision mit dem CFO

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische Aus\- oder Weiterbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Berufserfahrungen in der Buchhaltung (idealerweise auch im Immobilienbereich)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse bei Abschlussarbeiten, MWST\- und Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch
