Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Führen der Finanz- und Betriebsbuchhaltung (Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagenbuchhaltung)
  • Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen, allg. Zahlungsverkehr und MWST-Abrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Forecasts sowie Cash-Management
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit SAP und Abacus von Vorteil
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise, selbstständig, gerne Verantwortung tragen
