Für die Tochtergesellschaft eines international tätigen, innovativen Technologieunternehmens mit Sitz in Baar ZG suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Finanzbuchhalter/in inkl. Personaladministration 60–70%. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch kurze Entscheidungswege, einen persönlichen Kontakt und ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet aus. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Personaladministration und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung von 2–3 Firmen im internationalen Kontext

• Kostenrechnung und Projektstrukturplan

• Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen

• Erstellung der MWST\-Abrechnungen

• Finanzreporting wie Planung, Prognosen und Budget

• Ausarbeitung von Steuererklärungen

• Unterstützung bei der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS

• Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Finanzbereich

• Personaladministration inkl. Salärwesen für 5–10 Mitarbeitende

• Stellvertretungsaufgaben im Sekretariatsbereich

• Freude an vielseitigem Aufgabenbereich

• Bereitschaft, 3–4\-mal pro Jahr für Schulungszwecke nach Südtirol zu reisen

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung von Vorteil – HF oder Fachausweis nicht erforderlich, Praxis zählt.

• Fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen

• Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil sowie gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse

• Kenntnisse in der Personaladministration und im Bereich Sozialversicherungen

• Gute Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil

• Selbständige, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit
