Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) 80-100%.

Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Hauptbuch, Kreditoren und Debitoren
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung von Mehrwertsteuer- und weiteren steuerrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Betreuung des Spesenprozesses sowie Unterstützung bei der Saläradministration und den Sozialversicherungen
  • Abwicklung von Ein- und Auszahlungen sowie Unterstützung bei Investitionsprozessen und Kapitaltransaktionen
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Stellen wie Revisionsstellen, Treuhänder und Finanzinstitute
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung finanzrelevanter Systeme und Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei Reporting- und Controlling-Themen
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von internen Richtlinien, Prozessbeschreibungen und Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzverantwortlichen sowie verschiedenen internen und externen Schnittstellen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise eidg. Fachausweis, oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss
  • 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem kleineren Industrieunternehmen oder Treuhandumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Rechnungslegung sowie Verständnis für steuerliche Fragestellungen
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung und bei Abschlüssen nach OR / Swiss GAAP
  • Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse und eine hohe IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an einem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
