Finanzbuchhalter (m,w,d) mit Controllingaufgaben 80 – 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung sämtlicher Schweizer Gesellschaften nach den gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Revisionsstelle
  • Verantwortung für internationale MWST\-Registrierungen sowie die Erstellung und Einreichung von MWST\-Abrechnungen in verschiedenen Ländern
  • Liquiditäts\- und Fremdwährungsmanagement einschliesslich Währungsabsicherungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung sowie beim Management Reporting
  • Koordination und Durchführung von steuerlichen Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerexperten
  • Abstimmung und Verrechnung konzerninterner Leistungen mit Gruppengesellschaften, inkl. Buchführung von kleineren Tochtergesellschaften
  • Mitverantwortung für das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung undWeiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen ( eidg. FA und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Rechnungswesen/Controlling)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung und/oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an internationalen MWST\-Themen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Offene, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität sowie Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
