Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Abwicklung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle im Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuch
  • Überwachung der offenen Forderungen und selbstständige Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
  • Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen, Reports und verschiedenen betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
  • Erstellung und termingerechte Einreichung der Schweizer Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet, mit Schwerpunkt Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache / verhandlungssicher sowie gute Französisch und/oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie erfahren im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Flair für Zahlen, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
