Job Description ##

Als Finanzcontroller:in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Finance-Bereich und unterstützen das Management mit fundierten Analysen und aussagekräftigen Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Dabei erwarten Sie unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von regelmässigen Analysen, Reports und Forecasts sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Verantwortung für den Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozess sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Beurteilung von Business Cases
  • Sicherstellung eines aussagekräftigen Management Reportings nach IFRS
  • Überwachung zentraler Finanz- und Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse, Systeme und Reporting-Strukturen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und verschiedenen Business Units

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Controlling, Accounting (Fachausweis) oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung, beispielsweise dipl. Controller:in, CIMA, ACCA oder eidg. dipl. Expert:in
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Financial Accounting mit Interesse ins Controlling einzusteigen, idealerweise in einem KMU-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis der Finanzbuchhaltung und relevanter Buchungslogiken
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch auf mindestens B2-Niveau
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung und Eigeninitiative
  • Von Vorteil aber Kein Muss:
  • * Erfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Reporting- und Analyse-Tools
  • Kenntnisse in Konsolidierung und IFRS
  • Affinität für Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und die Weiterentwicklung von Finance-Systemen
