Deine Aufgaben:

  • Portfolio-Verantwortung: Du übernimmst ein etabliertes Kundenbuch im privaten Finanzierungsbereich und baust die Kundenbeziehungen kontinuierlich aus.
  • Aktive Marktbearbeitung: Du begeisterst Neukundschaft mit massgeschneiderten Finanzierungslösungen.
  • Netzwerken & Repräsentation: Du vertrittst die Bank sympathisch bei regionalen Anlässen sowie Kundenevents und knüpfst nachhaltige Kontakte in der Region Fürstenland/St. Gallen.
  • Prozessverbindung: Du verbindest die persönliche Beratung vor Ort geschickt mit modernen, digitalen Bankdiensten.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich absolvierte Banklehre sowie eine gezielte Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich (z. B. Finanzplaner IAF, Bankfachmann/-frau).
  • Fachpraxis: Erfahrung in der Privatkundenberatung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzierungsgeschäft.
  • Persönlichkeit: Viel Humor, sympathisches Auftreten, hervorragende Umgangsformen und echtes Beratungs Blut.
  • Macher-Gen: Zielstrebigkeit, Ausdauer und die Motivation, dein Kundenportfolio langfristig zum Erfolg zu führen; ein regionales Netzwerk ist von Vorteil.
