Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung des Finanz- und Controllingbereichs und gestalten Sie die finanzielle Ausrichtung des Unternehmens aktiv mit
  • Koordinieren Sie Budget, Forecast, Finanzplanung sowie Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und schaffen Sie eine verlässliche Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen
  • Entwickeln Sie Controlling-Instrumente weiter, analysieren Sie Profitabilität, Kostenstrukturen und Investitionen und steigern Sie die Wirtschaftlichkeit nachhaltig
  • Treiben Sie die Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen voran und etablieren Sie moderne Standards sowie effiziente Abläufe im Finanzwesen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling sowie eine Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich bilden die ideale Grundlage für diese Führungsfunktion
  • Mehr als zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung sowie fundierte Praxis in Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling, Reporting und Abschlusserstellung werden für diese Position von Ihnen erwartet
