Finanzverantwortliche:r und Abacus Key User Du bist das finanzielle Gewissen und gleichzeitig Ansprechpartner:in in Abacus\-Fragen – eine spannende Aufgabe erwartet Dich! Unsere Auftraggeberin ist die SNG, St. Niklausen Schiffgesellschaft, mit Standort an bester Lage in Luzern, mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden. Sie ist die kompetente Partnerin für den Verkauf, die Vermietung und den Unterhalt von Booten und Yachten, neben Seefahrten und dem Charterbusiness auf dem Vierwaldstättersee, mit langer Tradition und starker Marktpositionierung. Nun suchen wir Dich als jüngere Finanz\- und IT\-kompetente Persönlichkeit / 80% Du bist in dieser Funktion verantwortlich für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen inkl. Buchhaltung, Abschlusstätigkeit nach OR, Budgetierung und Reporting. Zudem bist Du Ansprechperson für das Abacus\-ERP\-System. Dabei wirst Du in der Buchhaltung von einer Person unterstützt. Du stehst im ständigen Austausch mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern der Unternehmung. Du verfügst dazu über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (inkl. Abschlusssicherheit nach OR) und kennst Dich im Abacus\-ERP sehr gut aus. Basis dazu bildet eine entsprechende Aus\- und Weiterbildung (bspw. Fachausweis Treuhand oder Buchhaltung, dipl. Treuhandexperte:in, o.ä.). Wichtig ist uns zudem Deine Persönlichkeit: Du zeichnest Dich aus durch Deine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Deine Eigenständigkeit. In der Zusammenarbeit ist eine wertschätzende Haltung unerlässlich, gepaart mit offener Kommunikation, aber auch unternehmerischem Denken. Fundierte IT\-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
