Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Verantwortung für die finanzielle Gesamtplanung inklusive Budgetierung und Liquiditätssteuerung mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Stabilität und wirtschaftliche Zielerreichung
  • Präzise und standardkonforme Erstellung der Finanzabschlüsse unter Berücksichtigung anerkannter Richtlinien, insbesondere im Rahmen der Swiss GAAP FER
  • Fundierte Auswertungen und transparente Reports liefern der Geschäftsleitung verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die strategische Unternehmensführung
  • Als führende Ansprechperson im Finanzbereich motivieren Sie ein kleines Team mit zwei Buchhaltungsmitarbeitenden sowie Lernenden und fördern aktiv deren Weiterentwicklung und Eigenverantwortung

* Eine fundierte kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bilden eine starke Basis - auch Personen mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion sind willkommen   * Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Leadership (z.-B. Fachausweis, CAS oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse) unterstützen Ihre langfristige Entwicklung in dieser Rolle   * Praxisbewährte Kenntnisse in modernen ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, BI-Tools und gängigen Reporting-Standards bringen Sie mit   * Analytisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und der Blick fürs Ganze gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Profil wie fliessende Englischkenntnisse und ein souveränes Auftreten im Team wie auch gegenüber Führungspersonen
