Was erwartet dich? ##

Gewährleistung einer umfassenden und bedürfnisgerechten Beratung sowie Betreuung der teamzugeteilten Firmenkunden Erarbeitung individueller Lösungsvorschläge über das gesamte Beratungs- und Serviceangebot im Firmenkundengeschäft Aktives Cross-Selling sowie Weiterleitung von Fachanfragen an die zuständigen Beratenden Ausbau des Kundenportfolios und Ausschöpfung des Kundenpotenzials durch aktive und kontinuierliche Betreuung Aktive Unterstützung unserer Firmenkundenberater (Vor- sowie Nachbearbeitung, Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen, Kundenformalitäten, Erstellung von Anlage- und Finanzierungsvorschlägen) Mitarbeit bei zielgruppenspezifischen Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen und Wahrnehmung repräsentativer Aufgaben

Was bringst du mit? ##

Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie idealerweise eine entsprechende Weiterbildung im Bankfach, in Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Richtung Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und Interesse an Wirtschaft & KMU-Themen Sozialkompetenz sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Zuverlässigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen Was kannst du zusätzlich erwarten? -Schrittweise Einführung sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung zum Firmenkundenberater -Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen und motivierten Team -Moderner Arbeitsplatz und fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen -Raum für Mitgestaltung: Deine Ideen, Anregungen und Ansichten sind willkommen
