Für einen temporären Einsatz in einem Spital suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) mit Erfahrung in der Akutpflege. Du bringst dein Fachwissen direkt in den Stationsalltag ein, betreust Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen Situationen und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen medizinischen und therapeutischen Berufsgruppen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Übernimm die individuelle und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Drei-Schicht-Betrieb 
  • Gestalte den Pflegeprozess aktiv mit und bringe deine Fachkompetenz in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität ein 
  • Arbeite eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und trage mit deiner offenen Art zu einer konstruktiven Teamkultur bei 
  • Begleite und fördere Studierende sowie Auszubildende fachlich und unterstütze sie in ihrer praktischen Entwicklung 

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, DN II oder AKP beziehungsweise bei einem ausländischen Diplom über die entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung 
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich eines Spitals mit und fühlst dich in einem vielseitigen Pflegeumfeld wohl
