## Aufgabengebiet Als Floor Supervisor gewährleisten sie eine tadellose Sauberkeit und Hygiene im gesamten Haus und Mitarbeiterhäusern nach Vorschriften der internen Abläufe. - Planung eines zweckmässigen Mitarbeiter-Einsatzes - Überwachung und Kontrolle im ganzen Hotel innen wie aussen, auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung - Überwachung und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiterhäuser auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung - Kontrolle und Unterstützung bei einem ökonomischen und ökologischen Einsatz von Reinigungs-, Wasch- und Putzmittel - Förderung der Mitarbeiter-Motivation und sorgfältige Einführung neuer Mitarbeiter - Mithilfe bei der jährlichen Inventur von Reinigungs-, Wasch- und Putzmitteln - Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung interner Schulungen - Unterstützung bei der Gästezimmer und Apartments Reinigung - Unterstützung in der hoteleigenen Lingerie

## Stellenanforderung Sie haben - eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann/-fachfrau EFZ - Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie - ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohes Mass an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft - Führungserfahrung - Durchsetzungsvermögen und Einfühlungsvermögen - Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse (weitere wie Portugiesisch oder Spanisch von Vorteil) - ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild - gute Computer-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office) - ein souveränes, selbstsicheres Auftreten und gewandte Umgangsformen Sie sind - organisatorisch stark und behalten auch in Stress-Situationen den Überblick - eine dynamische, belastbare, flexible und fröhliche Persönlichkeit - qualitätsbewusst im Denken und Handeln - verantwortungsbewusst und teamorientiert
