Nous recherchons FM Admin Support Coordinator / Réceptionist 100% (m/f/d) - sur site

Tes tâches -En collaboration avec deux collègues, vous assurez la couverture des horaires d’ouverture de 07h30 à 18h00 -Assurer le support administratif du responsable de site et des managers (soft & hard services, QHSE). -Gérer le flux de factures (ELO), les offres, les commandes et la consolidation mensuelle. -Coordonner et suivre les demandes du client avec l’équipe et les activités/projets (« work orders ») sur le campus. -Suivre les tickets et anticiper les maintenances dans Navision (respect des délais et mises à jour des tableaux). -Structurer l’archivage/Sharepoint pour l’ensemble des dossiers en rapport avec les activités/Services notamment en cas d’audit

Nos exigences -Apprentissage professionnel achevé dans le domaine commercial ou formation similaire dans le domaine du front (par ex., hôtellerie, vente) -Au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la réception -Excellentes connaissances du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit -Idéalement, très bonnes connaissances de l’allemand et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit -Personne communicative, aimant travailler en équipe et faisant preuve d'initiative -Orienté vers les objectifs et capable de gérer efficacement différentes situations et exigences -Méthode de travail professionnelle et axée sur les processus -Très bonne connaissance de MS-Office ; familiarisation rapide avec les systèmes informatiques spécifiques aux clients (ERP systèmes) -Orienté client, bonnes manières, apparence soignée et assurance -Compétent et prévenant -Disponibilité à travailler sur site
