Verantwortlichkeiten * Leitung und Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen globalen Implementierung und Anwendung der FMEA-Prozesse gemäß den VDA-Standards. * Moderation und Durchführung von Design- und Prozess-FMEA-Workshops sowie Risikoanalysen. * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung interner Risikoanalyseprozesse und -methoden. * Durchführung von Schulungen zu FMEA und Qualitätsmethoden für Mitarbeitende weltweit. * Unterstützung von Wissenstransfer-Initiativen sowie Förderung des Austauschs von Best Practices innerhalb der Organisation. * Präsentation von FMEA-Methoden und -Ergebnissen gegenüber Kunden und externen Stakeholdern. * Aufbau und Pflege effektiver funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit zur Unterstützung der Qualitäts- und Risikomanagementziele. * Unterstützung der Qualitätsorganisation während interner und externer Audits. * Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer internationaler Qualitätsmethoden und -strategien. * Überwachung FMEA-relevanter KPIs sowie Definition, Nachverfolgung und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Steigerung von Leistung und Wirksamkeit.

Qualifikationen * Bachelorabschluss in Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung. * Qualifizierung als FMEA-Spezialist. * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit der Fähigkeit, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich effektiv zu kommunizieren und zu verhandeln. * Fundierte Erfahrung mit FMEA-Methoden, -Prozessen sowie deren systematischer Anwendung. * Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Qualitätsprozessen und -mechanismen im Umfeld von Hightech-Komponenten. * Kenntnisse über die Integration von FMEA-Methoden in organisatorische Prozesse. * Gutes Verständnis organisatorischer und technischer Prozesse. * Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. * Hervorragende Präsentations-, Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten. * Fähigkeit zur erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams sowie in einer Matrixorganisation. * Begeisterung für FMEA und kontinuierliche Qualitätsverbesserung. * Grundkenntnisse der VDA- und ISO-Anforderungen. * Erfahrung mit FMEA-Software ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung. * Kenntnisse der Halbleiterindustrie, einschließlich Kundenanforderungen und relevanter Fertigungsprozesse, sind wünschenswert. * Marktkenntnisse im Halbleiterumfeld werden als zusätzlicher Vorteil angesehen.
