Wir bieten eine Fortsetzungslehrstelle als Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ in Gossau Zürich an: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Fachrichtung Kinderbetreuung Kinder zwischen 0.5 und 5 Jahre alt Als Lernende:r bei KIMi bist du ein volles Teammitglied und unterstützt die Fachfrauen und -männer Betreuung bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit mit den Kindern. Du spielst, hüpfst und lachst, zeigst, wie man richtig die Hände wäscht, putzt Nasen, trocknest Tränen und ziehst Schuhe an. Was es halt mit Kindern alles zu tun gibt. Was du von uns bekommst? Natürlich eine Lehrstelle mit professioneller Ausbildungsbegleitung und -betreuung. Team-Spirit: Du entwickelst ein Gefühl, wie man mit anderen, aber auch selbständig arbeitet. Und verstehst, wie familiär das sein kann. Professionalität: Du lernst Konzepte und Strukturen kennen, die dir Halt und Sicherheit geben. Was wir von dir verlangen: In erster Linie Lernbereitschaft, Motivation und Eigeninitiative. Ach ja, ein Schulabschluss, der nicht unter «epic fail» läuft, wäre auch nicht schlecht. Du kannst dich gut ausdrücken und mit Erwachsenen und Kindern umgehen.
