The posting

Zur Verstärkung unserer Bildredaktion suchen wir per 1. März oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Person für folgende Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Bildideen sowie Recherche und Beschaffung von Bildmaterial
  • Planung und Ausführung fotografischer Aufträge und Bildstrecken; Beauftragung und Betreuung von Fotograf:innen und Illustrator:innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Redaktion/Produktion bei der visuellen Umsetzung von Geschichten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des visuellen Auftritts der WOZ (Print und digital)

Du hast Erfahrung in der Presse- oder Reportagefotografie und als Bildredaktor:in, interessierst dich für das Medium Zeitung und die vielseitigen Inhalte der WOZ. Du entwickelst Bildideen und hast ein gutes Gespür für visuelles Storytelling. Der Umgang mit den gängigen Adobe-Programmen ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du bist versiert in der Bildauswahl und -aufbereitung und hast auch die Anforderungen für digitale Kanäle im Blick.

Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist kommunikationsfreudig und durchsetzungsfähig, bringst viel Eigeninitiative und eigene kreative Ideen ein. Du hast Lust, in einem Kollektiv mitzuarbeiten, und behältst auch den Überblick, wenn es im Produktionsalltag mal hektisch wird. Als Teil einer dreiköpfigen Bildredaktion bist du zeitlich flexibel und bereit, blockweise zu arbeiten.

Wir bieten eine herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einem lebhaften Betrieb, der vollständig seinen Mitarbeiter:innen gehört. Dich erwartet ein engagiertes Team mit viel Gestaltungsfreiraum in einem selbstverwalteten Betrieb.

Mit deiner Anstellung wirst du Teil der Genossenschaft. Der WOZ-Einheitslohn beträgt 6000 Franken brutto bei 100 Stellenprozent, ergänzt durch attraktive weitere Zusatzleistungen. Arbeitsort ist Zürich.
