Unser Team Bereit, Betrugsversuche aufzudecken und Kunden zu schützen? Dann werde Teil unseres Fraud Prevention Teams! Wir suchen eine sprachgewandte und flexible Persönlichkeit, welche gerne im Schichtbetrieb arbeitet und mit klarem schnelle Entscheidungen trifft.

Die

  • Analyse \& Prävention: Du überwachst unser Betrugspräventionssystem und bearbeitest verdächtige Transaktionen präzise und effizient.
  • Kundenkontakt: Bei Verdachtsfällen nimmst du telefonisch Kontakt mit unseren Kunden auf und klärst die Situation ab.
  • Mehrsprachige Kommunikation: Du führst professionelle Gespräche auf Deutsch, ösisch und Englisch \- Italienisch ist ein Plus.
  • Beratung \& Sicherheit: Du informierst Kunden über Kartensicherheit, Betrugsprävention und hilfst, Missbrauch zu verhindern.

Das wünschen wir uns * Sprachgewandtheit: Sehr gute Deutsch\-, ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse (Italienisch von Vorteil). * Flexibilität: Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (24/7\) \- deine Einsätze werden im Voraus geplant. * Kommunikationsstärke: Du telefonierst gerne und bleibst auch in herausfordernden Situationen professionell. * Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und eine vertrauenswürdige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus. * Kenntnisse im Bereich der digitalen Bankprodukte sind von Vorteil * Quereinsteiger/Wiedereinsteiger sind willkommen zu wissen: Damit du optimal startest, arbeitest du in den ersten drei Wochen mit einem 100%\-Pensum zur Einarbeitung.
