Du bist Immobilienbewirtschafter/in und möchtest dein Know\-how gezielt in einem Freelance/Interim\-Mandat einbringen? Für ein vielseitiges Portfolio mit Neubauobjekten und teilweise noch laufenden Bauprojekten suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die selbstständig anpackt, mitdenkt und den Überblick behält.

Freelance / Interim Immobilienbewirtschafter:in 60\-80% (m/w/d) ===============================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bewirtschaftung eines Portfolios mit Schwerpunkt Neubau
  • Begleitung von laufenden Bauprojekten
  • Betreuung von Mietern, Eigentümern, Handwerkern und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
  • Organisation und Koordination von Unterhalts\-, Reparatur\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Mietverträgen, Mutationen und weiteren administrativen Themen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Abnahmen und Übergaben, sowie Erstvermietungen
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen, effizienten und termingerechten Bewirtschaftung
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren Aufgaben rund um die neu entstehenden Liegenschaften und Projekte

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Neubauten und/oder Erstvermietungen
  • Idealerweise Verständnis für Abläufe rund um Bauprojekte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AbaImmo ist zwingend
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du denkst mit, erkennst Handlungsbedarf und packst Themen eigeninitiativ an
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
