Dein Arbeitsalltag: - Professionelle Gästebetreuung vor, während und nach deren Aufenthalt - Entgegennahme sowie Bearbeitung von Buchungen und Reservationen für Ausflüge, Stadtführungen, Reisearrangements, Veranstaltungen, Limousinen sowie Restaurants und Hotels - Verantwortungsbewusster Valet Parking Service - Bearbeiten aller eingehenden E-Mails und Erstellung des hausinternen Newsletters - Betreuung von Praktikanten, Lernenden sowie Schnupperlernenden

Was wir uns von dir wünschen: - Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position - Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie von Vorteil Französisch - Stets bereit, die Extrameile für unsere Gäste zu gehen und die Erwartungen zu übertreffen - Führerausweis Kategorie B
