Arosa Alpine Holiday AG (Arosa Holiday) ist ein junges, dynamisches Unternehmen mit Sitz in Arosa. Mit einem engagierten Team von 21 Mitarbeiter bewirtschaften wir über 90 Ferienwohnungen und sorgen dafür, dass sich sowohl unsere Gäste als auch unsere Wohnungseigentümer rundum gut betreut fühlen.

Unser Angebot umfasst die gesamte Betreuung rund um Ferienimmobilien – von Vermietung und Gästeservice über Reinigung und Wäsche bis hin zu Wohnungsbetreuung, technischen Dienstleistungen und Hauswartung. Dabei verbinden wir professionelle Abläufe mit persönlichem Service, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und echter Hands-on-Mentalität.

Kein Tag ist genau wie der Andere – und genau das macht die Arbeit bei uns abwechslungsreich und spannend.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgeschlossene Person mit freundlichem und serviceorientiertem Auftreten. Die Verantwortung übernimmt, mitdenkt und anpackt. Erfahrungen aus der Hotellerie oder Parahotellerie sind von Vorteil.

Deine Aufgaben

Front Office & Reservierung:

- Bearbeitung individueller Reservierungsanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail, und Onlineplattformen

- Erstellen von individuellen Offerten und Reservierungsbestätigungen

- Bearbeitung jeglicher Front Office Korrespondenz per Mail, Telefon, und Onlineplattformen

- Tagesabschluss, Kassenwesen und Debitoren Buchhaltung

- Anfallende, tägliche Aufgaben

Guest Relations:

- Gästebetreuung, Auskünfte

- An- und Abreisekontrolle (Gästerechnungen, Stornos kontrollieren)

- Persönliche oder Telefonische Check-In und Check-Out

- Reklamations- und Beschwerdemanagement

Allgemein:

- Telefon Pikett-Dienst in Abwechslung mit den Kollegen

- Arbeiten an Projekten z.B. Marketing, Web-Site Kommunikation, Newsletter, Wohnung Einrichtung usw

Anforderungen:

- Kaufmännische- oder Hotelausbildung gewünscht und/oder relevanter Erfahrung

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Speditives und professionelles Arbeiten

- Verantwortungsbewusst

- Auge für Details und die Fähigkeiten zum “Multi-tasking”

- Freundliches, gepflegtes und kompetentes Auftreten

- Selbstständiges Arbeiten; Flexibilität, Initiative und Einsatzbereitschaft

- Wirtschaftliches und zukunftsorientiertes Denken
