Förderung Packages und Angebotsgestaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Balance Familie

Restaurant-Reservierungen

Kontrolle Gästekorrespondenz und Anreisevorbereitung

Gutscheinverwaltung, Debitorenmanagement, Tagesabschlüsse

Reklamationshandling

Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Yield- & Revenue Managers

Hauptverantwortlich für den Bereich Reservierung & Empfang, inkl. Ausbildung der Lernenden

Kontrolle der Qualitätsstandards & Fördern von Qualitätsbewusstsein im Team

Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitenden, Durchführung von Schulungen

Erstellen von Arbeitsplänen inkl. Ferienplanung

Führen, motivieren und weiterentwickeln des Reservierungs- & Empfangsteams sowie der Lernenden

Anforderungen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung in der Hotellerie

Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position ist ein Muss

Abgeschlossener Berufsbildnerkurs von Vorteil

Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Vorkenntnisse im PMS MEWS von Vorteil

Bereitschaft zu Wochenendeinsätzen und unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten

Überblick und Humor auch in hektischen Situationen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Herzlichkeit, Freude am Gästekontakt und am Verkauf mit guten Umgangsformen

Organisationstalent und bereichsübergreifende Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
