Mit unserem Leitsatz «ja gärn» sorgen wir zusammen für begeisterte und entspannte Gäste. Herzlichkeit im Umgang mit unseren Gästen und miteinander im Team zeichnet uns aus. Unser privat geführtes und ganzjährig geöffnetes Hotel verfügt über 56 Zimmer, ein Restaurant mit 90 Aussen- und 140 Innensitzplätzen, eine Cheminéebar und einen 1100 m² grossen Wellness & Spa Bereich. Die persönliche 4-Sterne Wellness Oase erreichst Du bequem mit der steilsten Standseilbahn der Welt oder der Luftseilbahn in nur acht Minuten. Zum Betrieb gehören das Wellness Hotel Stoos, die im Dezember 2022 neueröffnete Stoos Lodge, das Fronalpstock Hotel und Restaurant und das Bergrestaurant Welesch.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und Erfahrung am Front Office
  • Du bist Gastgeber/in und es bereitet dir Freude unsere Gäste zu verwöhnen
  • Deine Sprachkenntnisse sind: fliessendes Deutsch, Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil und fliessendes Englisch
  • Du bist teamorientiert, kreativ und kannst gut mit Strasssituationen umgehen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Check-In / Check-Out mittels PMS «Mews»
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und Bearbeitung von E-Mails
  • Gästebetreuung vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reservationen inkl. Wellnessbehandlungen
