Als zentrales Projekt betreibt er das Kinderspital Bethlehem (Caritas Baby Hospital), welches das einzige auf Pädiatrie spezialisierte Spital im Westjordanland ist. Ergänzend unterstützt der Verein ausgewählte Projekte zur Stärkung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Frauen in der Region. Zur Ergänzung des eingespielten Teams sind wir beauftragt, eine gewinnende und verlässliche Persönlichkeit als \*\*Fundraiser:in Institutionelles Fundraising \\\& Major Donor\*\* zu finden. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gewinnung und nachhaltige Pflege von institutionellen Förderpartnern wie Stiftungen, Unternehmen und öffentlichen Institutionen sowie Grossspender:innen. Sie identifizieren potenzielle Geldgeber:innen, entwickeln gezielte Ansprache\\- und Beziehungsstrategien, formulieren überzeugende Fördergesuche und übernehmen die persönliche Kontaktpflege über den gesamten Förderzyklus hinweg. Bestehende Beziehungen zu Stiftungen und Institutionen sowie Privatpersonen betreuen und pflegen Sie mit viel Freude und Vertrauen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team tragen Sie zur Weiterentwicklung der Fundraising\\-Strategie bei und entwickeln neue Konzepte und Ideen. Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (FH/Uni) und einen erfolgreichen Leistungsausweis im Fundraising, idealerweise im Umfeld einer NPO oder Stiftung. Hohe Eigeninitiative, eine selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\\- und Netzwerkkompetenz zeichnen Sie aus. Sie haben die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Diskretion und Integrität sind für Sie selbstverständlich, ebenso wie eine hohe Identifikation mit dem Auftrag und den Werten der Organisation. Ausserdem schätzen Sie Teamarbeit, denken unternehmerisch, arbeiten zielorientiert und formulieren stilsicher in Deutsch, Englisch und ösisch (Italienisch von Vorteil). Ein sicherer Umgang mit M365 und CRM\\-Systemen rundet Ihr Profil ab.
