Généraliste RH \- CDD 4 mois Introduction Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people. Your Tasks Votre mission En tant que Généraliste RH, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion administrative RH pour l'ensemble des sites en Suisse alémanique et en Suisse romande. Véritable interlocuteur de confiance pour les collaborateurs et les managers, vous veillez à la qualité des processus RH, à la fiabilité des données et au respect des exigences légales et internes. Vous contribuez également à l'amélioration continue des pratiques RH et à une collaboration efficace entre les différentes fonctions RH et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise. Vos principales responsabilités Administration RH : assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des dossiers collaborateurs, contrats, avenants, certificats de travail et données RH, en garantissant leur exactitude et leur conformité. Onboarding \& Offboarding : coordonner les processus d'entrée et de sortie de A à Z, notamment les formalités contractuelles, autorisations de travail, mises à jour dans les systèmes RH et éléments nécessaires à la paie. Administration Payroll : assurer la préparation et le suivi des données nécessaires à la paie, notamment les absences, congés, télétravail, congés sans solde et éléments liés aux départs, dans le respect des délais. Employee Relations : accompagner les collaborateurs et managers sur les questions administratives et liées à leur parcours professionnel, en apportant des réponses fiables, professionnelles et adaptées. Support aux équipes RH : collaborer étroitement avec les HR Business Partners, Payroll et l'ensemble de l'équipe RH afin d'assurer un service efficace et homogène sur l'ensemble des sites. Amélioration continue : identifier les opportunités d'optimisation, contribuer à la standardisation des processus et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques au sein de l'organisation. Conformité \& confidentialité : veiller au respect des exigences légales suisses, des procédures internes et des standards de protection des données, avec un haut niveau de discrétion et de rigueur. Vos interlocuteurs Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec : L'ensemble de l'équipe HR en Suisse Le/la Head of HR Switzerland \& HQ Le CLT (Country Leadership Team) de l'organisation en Suisse Les collaborateurs, managers et différents partenaires internes Your Profile Votre profil Formation en Ressources Humaines / HR Generalist ou formation équivalente. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire en administration RH. Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux RH, idéalement Oracle et Microsoft 365\. Excellentes capacités analytiques, avec la capacité d'interpréter les données RH et d'en tirer des recommandations concrètes. Orientation business et capacité à comprendre et soutenir les objectifs de l'organisation. Français, allemand et anglais courants ; toute autre langue constitue un atout. Une expérience dans un environnement international ou multinational est un plus. Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication, avec une capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux. Esprit orienté solutions, agilité intellectuelle et forte motivation. Sens du service, esprit positif, proactivité et fortes compétences sociales. Grande flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement dynamique. Personnalité discrète, fiable, loyale et digne de confiance.
