Depuis 1977, nous conseillons nos clients à l-interface entre le monde des affaires et celui de l-informatique. Nos conseillères et conseillers s-engagent pour des solutions durables dans les domaines de l-organisation et des processus, des technologies de l-information, de la stratégie, de la gestion d-entreprise et de la gestion de projet.

En tant que généraliste RH dans l-équipe Management Services, tu assures, en collaboration avec le responsable du personnel, nos processus opérationnels en matière de ressources humaines et es une personne de contact importante pour nos quelque 120 collaborateurs. Tu organises ton quotidien de travail de manière autonome et proactive : tu identifies ce qu-il faut faire, mets en œuvre les bonnes mesures et gardes une vue d-ensemble même lorsque plusieurs tâches sont en cours simultanément.

Tu rencontres différentes personnes avec empathie et traites toujours les informations avec discrétion et responsabilité. Tu développes ainsi un bon sens de notre entreprise, de nos collaborateurs et des processus internes. En tant que membre important de l-équipe Management Services, tu réfléchis au-delà de ton domaine de responsabilité et assumes également des tâches en back-office.

Tes tâches

·Assurer l-ensemble de l-administration du personnel, de l-entrée à la sortie

·Coordonner tous les entretiens d-embauche et publier les offres d-emploi

·Préparer les documents de paie ainsi que gérer toutes les tâches liées aux assurances sociales

·Organiser, coordonner et participer aux salons et événements

·Organiser des événements pour les collaborateurs (notamment le séminaire annuel de l-entreprise, l-événement d-été, la fête de Noël)

·Planifier et organiser des cours internes et des certifications

·Support administratif aux conseillers, traitement des demandes clients et gestion de l-accueil

Ce que nous attendons

·Formation commerciale achevée (employé/e de commerce CFC) ainsi que formation complémentaire en RH ou équivalent

·Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des ressources humaines, idéalement en PME

·Maîtrise assurée de la langue allemande

·Une manière de travailler soigneuse, fiable et orientée client

·Sens de l-organisation et sang-froid dans les situations stressantes

·Esprit d-équipe et plaisir à réussir ensemble
