Wichtige Hinweise: Merci de nous envoyer un dossier de candidature complet (CV, certificats de travail et diplômes) Ce que tu accomplis Gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille d'immeubles à usage commercial, composé principalement de centres Migros, ainsi que de quelques immeubles mixtes et résidentiels. Etre l'interlocuteur\-trice privilégié\-e de nos locataires, avec lesquels vous construisez des relations de confiance : négociation, rédaction et suivi des baux, gestion des avenants, prolongations et résiliations. Superviser l'ensemble des tâches administratives liées à la gérance : facturation, décomptes de charges, indexations, collecte des chiffres d'affaires. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (projets et construction, facility management, comptabilité, center management) pour garantir une gestion fluide et alignée. Agir en tant que bailleur ou locataire, avec rigueur, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités Contribuer activement à la commercialisation des surfaces : recherche de locataires, gestion de la vacance, analyse du marché Ce que tu apportes Bildung: Brevet fédéral Spécialisation: Gérance immobilière Expérience professionnelle: Minimum 2 ans dans une fonction similaire Gérance immobilière La maîtrise du droit du bail commercial ainsi que les outils de gestion locative (idéalement SAP RE\-FX).
