Gérant d'immeubles

VOTRE MISSION

Vous assurerez la gestion d'un portefeuille d'immeubles institutionnels et prendrez en charge tous les aspects locatifs et techniques de vos mandats, en collaboration avec un /e assistante.

VOS RESPONSABILITES

\- Assurer un contact de qualité avec les propriétaires, les locataires et les entreprises

\- Organiser les activités de location et de gestion technique en coordination avec votre assistant/e

\- Suivre l'évolution du portefeuille, analyser les logements vacants et piloter les démarches de relocation

\- Veiller au bon entretien des bâtiments, superviser les contrats de maintenance et prendre en charge les sinistres

\- Planifier et contrôler les travaux, tout en assurant le suivi des factures et le respect des budgets

\- Effectuer les états des lieux et organiser les démarches liées au départ des locataires

\- Vérifier les décomptes de gérance et de chauffage ainsi que la cohérence des situations financières des mandats

\- Traiter les dossiers sensibles et représenter les propriétaires auprès des instances compétentes

\- Accompagner les apprentis dans leur parcours et assurer le suivi de leur formation

VOTRE PROFIL

\-Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une régie en Suisse

\- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances du droit du bail et de la technique du bâtiment

\- Vous alliez méthode, et sens des priorités dans la gestion de vos dossiers

\- Vous faites preuve d'enthousiasme et d'un réel sens du service

\- Vous êtes à l'aise dans le suivi administratif et dans la gestion des question techniques

\- Permis de conduire
