Bien implantée sur la place de Genève, nous sommes une régie immobilière de taille moyenne qui gère pour le compte de divers propriétaires, tels que sociétés immobilières, PPE, fonds de prévoyance, communes, coopératives etc., des immeubles en secteur libre et subventionné.

Nous recherchons un(e)

Gérant d'immeubles

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion, le traitement, le suivi technique et administratif d’un portefeuille d’immeublesd’habitations mixtes (institutionnels, coopératives, subventionnés, libres, etc.) ;
  • Gérer les travaux : planning – coordination – contrôle ;
  • Etablir des rapports techniques réguliers et des budgets annuels ;
  • Contrôler des factures et des devis ;
  • Préparer des séances propriétaires ;
  • Gérer les relations avec les propriétaires, les autorités, les locataires et les entreprises ;
  • Gérer et contrôler l’exécution du cahier des charges des concierges ;
  • Etablir des pré\-états des lieux, ainsi que des états des lieux d’entrée et de sortie ;
  • Contrôler des baux et leurs annexes.

Formation \& Exp\érience

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou d'une formation équivalente ;
  • Vous pouvez justifier d’une solide expérience (minimum 5 ans) au sein d'une régie en qualité de gérant(e) d’immeubles, de préférence, avec la gestion d’un portefeuille institutionnel ;
  • Formation APGCI/USPI, brevet fédéral de gérant d’immeubles un véritable atout.

Langue

* Français, parfaite maîtrise de l’oral et de l’écrit.

  • Autonomie, travail en équipe, dynamisme ;
  • Gestion des priorités, résistance au stress et polyvalence ;
  • Disponibilité, discrétion et fiabilité ;
  • Entregent, esprit d’entraide, attitude positive, commerciale et sens relationnel ;
  • Connaissances techniques du bâtiment approfondies ;
  • Connaissances des nouvelles réglementations d’application de la loi sur l’énergie ;
  • Connaissances des différents outils/moyens d’optimisation Eco 21 ;
  • Compétences rédactionnelles et maîtrise des outils informatiques, programme QUORUM et GARAIO REM un véritable atout.
