Gérant·e d’immeubles Gérant·e d’immeubles à 100 % Lieu : Fribourg \| Entrée en fonction : à convenir Un portefeuille à piloter. Des immeubles à faire vivre et à valoriser. Pour renforcer son département Gérance, la Régie de Fribourg SA recherche un·e gérant·e d’immeubles confirmé·e, capable de conjuguer maîtrise du métier, sens du service et autonomie dans la conduite de ses dossiers. Votre rôle Vous prenez la responsabilité d’un portefeuille d’immeubles et en assurez la gestion globale. Interlocuteur·trice de référence des propriétaires et des locataires, vous coordonnez les différents intervenants et veillez au suivi, à l’entretien et à la valorisation des biens confiés. Gérer les aspects administratifs et techniques du portefeuille. Effectuer les pré\-constats et états des lieux et assurer le suivi des dossiers. Planifier, coordonner et suivre les travaux d’entretien, de réparation et de rénovation. Gérer les concierges, les sinistres, les assurances et les contrats d’entretien. Contrôler et viser les factures ainsi que les comptes de gérance. Assurer le suivi et le conseil auprès des propriétaires et des locataires. Identifier et proposer des mesures de valorisation et de revalorisation. Établir et suivre les budgets et reportings liés au portefeuille. Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes liés à votre portefeuille. Votre profil Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’immeubles en Suisse. CFC d’employé·e de commerce, de dessinateur·trice ou titre jugé équivalent. Formation complémentaire dans l’immobilier ; brevet fédéral de gérant·e d’immeubles souhaité. Solides connaissances de la gérance, du droit du bail et des aspects techniques du bâtiment. Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et excellente organisation. Capacité à prioriser, décider et gérer les situations complexes. Aisance relationnelle, sens du service, fermeté et diplomatie. Excellente maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand, avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue, ainsi qu’une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels. Pourquoi RFSA ?
