Assumob SA est une structure dynamique en pleine croissance. Pour accompagner notre gérante dans ses activités quotidiennes, nous recherchons un·e Assistant·e de Gérance ou un·e gérant·e organisé·e, polyvalent·e et autonome. Ce poste offre de réelles perspectives d'évolution au sein de l'entreprise.

Vos missions

Rattaché·e directement à la gérante, vous prenez en charge la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des dossiers :

  • Gestion immobilière : Suivi technique et administratif des immeubles, des locataires et des copropriétaires.
  • Secrétariat & Correspondance : Rédaction de courriers, gestion des e-mails et suivi des dossiers administratifs.
  • Suivi technique : Rédaction et suivi des bons de travaux.
  • Terrain : Réalisation des états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie sur tablette numérique.
  • Copropriétés : Participation active aux Assemblées Générales (PPE).

Horaires et flexibilité

Le taux d'activité de 50-60% est à répartir selon les modalités suivantes :

  • Présence obligatoire : Le lundi (toute la journée) et le jeudi matin.
  • Flexibilité : Le reste des heures est à planifier d'un commun accord selon vos disponibilités.
  • Participation aux AG en fin de journée (planifiées environ un an à l'avance).
  • 5 semaines de vacances
  • 8 heures par jour de travail

Votre profil

  • Formation : Titulaire d-un CFC d-employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience : Expérience confirmée en secrétariat. Une expérience préalable en gestion immobilière constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Informatique : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels. La connaissance du logiciel Quorum Software est un grand plus.
  • Qualités personnelles : Excellente organisation, rigueur, gestion des priorités et sens du service client.
  • Mobilité : Permis de conduire et véhicule privé obligatoire pour les déplacements professionnels (états des lieux, visites techniques, etc...).
