Für unsere Kunden im Kanton Zug und in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir laufend motivierte Fachkräfte und erfahrene Mitarbeitende für den Garten- und Landschaftsbau.

Ob ausgebildete/r Landschaftsgärtner/in EFZ, erfahrene/r Gartenarbeiter/in, Vorarbeiter/in im Gartenbau oder Baumaschinenführer/in mit Gartenbauerfahrung: Wir möchten Sie kennenlernen und gemeinsam die passende Stelle für Sie finden.

  • Gärtner/in EFZ, Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau

  • Gruppenleiter/in Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Baumaschinenführer/in mit Erfahrung im Gartenbau
  • Mitarbeitende für Gartenpflege und Gartenunterhalt

IHRE MÖGLICHEN AUFGABEN:

Je nach Ausbildung, Erfahrung und Einsatzbetrieb übernehmen Sie unter anderem folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Bau, Gestaltung und Pflege von Garten- und Grünanlagen
  • Ausführung von Umänderungen und Neuanlagen
  • Pflege von Privatgärten, Wohnanlagen und öffentlichen Grünflächen
  • Pflanzen von Bäumen, Sträuchern, Hecken und Stauden
  • Schneiden von Bäumen, Sträuchern und Hecken
  • Rasenpflege, Rasenansaat und Verlegen von Rollrasen
  • Erstellen von Wegen, Plätzen, Treppen und Mauern
  • Verlegen von Naturstein-, Beton- und Verbundsteinbelägen
  • Ausführung von Erd-, Aushub- und Planierungsarbeiten
  • Bau von Sichtschutzanlagen, Zäunen und Entwässerungen
  • Bedienung von Kleinmaschinen und Gartenbaugeräten
  • Führen von Baggern, Dumpern, Radladern und weiteren Baumaschinen
  • Unterhalts-, Reparatur- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Umsetzung von Plänen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Organisation und Koordination kleinerer Baustellen – je nach Qualifikation
  • Führung und Unterstützung eines Teams – je nach Erfahrung
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner/in EFZ, Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Alternativ mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Gartenarbeiter/in
  • Berufserfahrung im Gartenbau, Landschaftsbau oder Gartenunterhalt
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen, Geräten und Werkzeugen
  • Erfahrung als Baumaschinenführer/in von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute körperliche Verfassung und Freude an der Arbeit im Freien
  • Teamfähige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Deutschkenntnisse für die Verständigung im Team und auf der Baustelle
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie BE oder entsprechende Maschinenkurse von Vorteil
