Im Rahmen der weiteren Entwicklung des Hauses suchen wir eine authentische und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Direktor:in In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion übernehmen Sie die operative Gesamtverantwortung für das BelArosa Hotel. Sie sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für erstklassige Servicequalität, reibungslose Abläufe und eine gelebte Gastgeberkultur. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Führung und Entwicklung der 13 Mitarbeitenden, die persönliche Betreuung der Gäste sowie die wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Betriebs. Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Umsetzung des Betriebskonzepts, die Weiterentwicklung von Angebot und Dienstleistungen sowie eine bestmögliche Auslastung des Hauses. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gesamtverantwortlichen der BelArosa Hotelgruppe rundet Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab. Für diese spannende Führungsaufgabe verfügen Sie über eine fundierte Ausbildung in der Hotellerie. Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen Hotelbetrieb mit und denken wie handeln unternehmerisch. Als Gastgeberpersönlichkeit überzeugen Sie durch Ihre Herzlichkeit, Ihre Serviceorientierung, Ihr Organisationstalent und Ihre Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu fördern sowie Gäste nachhaltig zu begeistern. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und verfügen idealerweise über gute Englischkenntnisse sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse.
