Gastgeber Operativerleiter – Sonntag und Montag frei in der Stadt Zürich – gesucht für ein traditionsreiches, modernes und sehr stilvolles Zunfthaus. Neben einer gehobenen und gutbürgerlichen Küche gibt es noch eine “heimelige” Weinstube und verschiedene Banketträumlichkeiten. Es wird eine leidenschaftliche Gastgeberpersönlichkeit gesucht die das Gesicht an der Front sein wird.

Deine Aufgaben

Gewährleistung eines hohen Servicestandards Mitverantwortlich für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf des Service im Restaurant, Weinstube und den Banketträumlichkeiten Operative Führung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes als Gastgeber vor Ort Rekrutierung und Entwicklung der Servicefachmitarbeitenden Einsatzplanung Einarbeitung und regelmässige Schulung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden Pflege der Stammgäste und professionelle Bearbeitung von Gästerückmeldungen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) Verantwortlich für Inventur und Lagerverwaltung Verschiedene administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil:

Basisausbildung in der Gastronomie Hotelfachschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung wären wünschenswert Weiterbildung WSET Level 2 wäre von Vorteil Führungserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie Grosse Leidenschaft für die Gastgeberrolle Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungs- und Servicegedanke sowie hohe Empathie im Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeitenden Organisationstalent und hohe Belastbarkeit Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken Selbstständigkeit und ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Organisationstalent Sicheres und herzliches Auftreten Teamplayer
