Sie sind Gebäudetechniker/In mit breitem Fachwissen und Begeisterung für komplexe technische Prozesse? In dieser zentralen Position sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Betrieb in einem modernen, anspruchsvollen Umfeld und übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle im Herzen von Zürich. Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Durchführung von präventiven Wartungen an sämtlichen gebäudetechnischen Anlagen im Bereich Elektro sowie Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär inklusive vollständiger technischer Dokumentation
  • Regelmässige Kontrollrundgänge, Inspektionen und Messungen mit anschliessender Rapportierung
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten
  • Koordination, Betreuung und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern und Partnerfirmen
  • Bearbeitung von technischen Service-Tickets im entsprechenden System
  • Übernahme von Pikettdiensten zur Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Elektromonteur/In EFZ oder Elektroinstallateur/In EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
  • Vorhandene NIV15-Bewilligung oder Bereitschaft sowie Qualifikation, diese zu erwerben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Offenheit für die Arbeit mit verschiedenen internen Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Einwandfreier Leumund (aktueller Auszug aus Straf- und Betreibungsregister)
