Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Ingenieurunternehmen suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik. Angesprochen sind sowohl motivierte Gebäudetechnikplaner/innen, die den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Projektleitung machen möchten, als auch erfahrene Projektleiter/innen. Je nach Fachrichtung und Wohnort ist eine Tätigkeit in Zürich, im Aargau oder in Basel möglich Aufgaben Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Gebäudetechnikanlagen in der Fachrichtung Heizung, Lüftung oder Sanitär Bearbeitung vielseitiger Projekte in den Bereichen Industrie, Labor, Spital und öffentliche Bauten Entwicklung nachhaltiger und energieeffizienter Anlagen- und VersorgungskonzepteErstellung technischer Zeichnungen, Berechnungen und Planungsunterlagen Mitarbeit bei der FachkoordinationZusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Architekten und weiteren FachplanernBegleitung der Projekte von der Planung bis zur Realisierung Sicherstellung der geltenden Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben Je nach Erfahrung Ãbernahme eigener Projekte und Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität Qualifikation Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner/in EFZ in der Fachrichtung Heizung, Lüftung oder Sanitär Für eine Position als Projektleiter/in idealerweise eine laufende oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung auf Stufe TS, HF oder FH Gute Kenntnisse in CAD und/oder BIM Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Freude an technisch anspruchsvollen Projekten und an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten Auch Bewerber/innen mit erster Berufserfahrung und Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung in die Projektleitung sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
