Ihre Aufgaben - Verantwortung mit Gestaltungsspielraum ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Fachhändlern und Schenker Storen Kundengesellschaften im Verkaufsgebiet Mittelland: Basel/Aargau/Solothurn/Bern/Wallis/Luzern/bis nach Uri
  • Gewinnung neuer Fachhandelspartner sowie Identifikation und Entwicklung von Verkaufschancen
  • Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte sowie Begleitung von Projekten bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulungen für Fachhändler und Mitarbeitende der Kundengesellschaften
  • Koordination technischer Abklärungen und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb sowie Erkennung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Kundenkontakten, Projekten und Verkaufschancen im CRM

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bau-, Metall-, Fenster-, Fassaden- oder Sonnenschutzbereich
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung mit technisch erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Marktes und idealerweise Erfahrung im Bau- und Projektgeschäft
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit CRM und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch oder weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierte, kommunikative und verhandlungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
