Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in Nordwest- und Westschweiz
  • Aktive Akquisition neuer Kund im Fachhandel, Bau-, Maler- und Handwerksumfeld
  • Ausbau der regionalen Marktposition durch regelmässige Kundenbesuche und gezielte Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Beratung von Fachhändler, Unternehmer und professionellen Anwender
  • Begleitung wichtiger Kundenprojekte und Erkennen zusätzlicher Verkaufspotenziale
  • Selbständige Planung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Umsatz- und Gebietsentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst, Marketing, Produktmanagement und Verkaufsleitung
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenanlässen, Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit handwerklichem oder technischem Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aussendienst, Gebietsverkauf oder B2B-Vertrieb
  • Branchenbezug zu Bau, Malerei, Gipsergewerbe, Handwerk, technischem Handel oder Fachhandel von Vorteil
  • Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder in Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Freude an Kundenkontakt, Marktbearbeitung und nachhaltigem Beziehungsaufbau
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Wohnort idealerweise im Verkaufsgebiet oder mit guter regionaler Erreichbarkeit
