Gebietsverkaufsleiter Moblie Klima, Kälte \& Heizung 100 % (m/w/d) Deutschschweiz \& Tessin

Aufgaben:

Sie übernehmen Ihren Markt und entwickeln ihn aktiv weiter:

  • Aktive Neukundenakquise und Ausbau des bestehenden Netzwerks
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung von Bestands\- und Key Accounts
  • Gewinnung neuer Projekte in Industrie, Pharma, Data Center, Bau und Event
  • Beratung und Auslegung temporärer Klima\-, Kälte\-, Heizungs\- und Lüftungslösungen
  • Angebotserstellung, Preisverhandlung und erfolgreicher Vertragsabschluss
  • Koordination der Projekte mit Technik, Service und Logistik
  • Erkennen neuer Marktchancen und Anwendungen
  • Pflege von CRM, Pipeline und Forecast

Profil:

  • Erfahrung im technischen B2B/B2C\-Vertrieb, idealerweise HLK, Gebäudetechnik, Kältetechnik, Baumaschinenvermietung oder Industrie
  • Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Schweiz ist von grossem Vorteil
  • Freude an aktiver Neukundengewinnung und ausgeprägter Abschlusswille
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Kommunikative, teamfähige und unternehmerische Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch oder Französisch von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kat. B und Freude am Aussendienst
