Unsere Auftraggeberin - die Gemeinde St. Moritz - gestaltet die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Ortes, schafft verlässliche Rahmenbedingungen und erbringt vielfältige Dienstleistungen für Bevölkerung, Wirtschaft, Politik und weitere Anspruchsgruppen. Die Gemeindeverwaltung nimmt dabei eine zentrale Rolle ein und bewegt sich in einem anspruchsvollen und dynamischen Umfeld. Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung sind wir beauftragt, Sie als fachlich sowie menschlich überzeugende

Leiter:in Kanzlei / Gemeindeschreiber:in

anzusprechen. Direkt dem Gemeindepräsidenten unterstellt, führen Sie die Gemeindekanzlei mit den Bereichen Kanzleidienste, Einwohnerdienste, Soziales, Bibliotheken sowie Rechtsdienst mit insgesamt 18 Mitarbeitenden. Sie planen und begleiten die Geschäfte des Gemeindevorstands, des Gemeinderats und der Gemeindeversammlung. Dazu gehören die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Sitzungen, die Protokollführung sowie die redaktionelle Bearbeitung von Botschaften, Anträgen und Beschlüssen. Gemeinsam mit dem Rechtsdienst stellen Sie die rechtssichere Bearbeitung der Geschäfte sicher. Weiter verantworten Sie Wahlen und Abstimmungen, amtliche Publikationen, das Gemeindearchiv sowie verschiedene Bewilligungs- und Dienstleistungsprozesse. Sie entwickeln die Kanzlei weiter, optimieren Abläufe, treiben die Digitalisierung voran und wirken in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit.

Für diese vielseitige Aufgabe verfügen Sie über eine fundierte Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bereich öffentliche Verwaltung, Gemeindeschreiberwesen, Public Management, Recht oder Betriebswirtschaft. Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung innerhalb einer Gemeindeverwaltung, einer Gemeindekanzlei, eines Präsidialbereichs, eines Rechtsdienstes oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit. Ein gutes Verständnis für Verwaltungs- und Gemeinderecht, Sicherheit im Umgang mit politischen Behörden und stilsicheres Deutsch setzen wir voraus.
