Die Gemeinde Buttisholz sucht per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Gemeindeschreiber/in 70\-100% inkl. Geschäftsführung.

Buttisholz im Herzen vom Rottal. Eingebettet zwischen Luzern, Willisau und Sursee sind wir eine attraktive Gemeinde für rund 3’600 Einwohner/innen, ein wertvoller Wirtschaftsstandort und ein lebendiges Dorf; hier bietet sich ein familienfreundliches und zentrumnahes Wohnen im Grünen an.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung der Gemeindeverwaltung

  • Vorsitz der Geschäftsleitung und Koordination der operativen Gesamtsteuerung gemeinsam mit den übrigen Geschäftsleitungsmitgliedern
  • Verantwortung für das Personalwesen und die Weiterentwicklung der Gemeindeverwaltung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Gemeinderates in rechtlichen, organisatorischen und politischen Fragestellungen
  • Koordination und Begleitung politischer und strategischer GeschäfteVorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung der Gemeinderatssitzungen und Gemeindeversammlungen
  • Verantwortung für Protokolle, Beschlüsse und amtliche Publikationen
  • Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen und effizienten Geschäftsabwicklung sowie entsprechender Verwaltungsabläufe
  • Bindeglied zwischen Bevölkerung, Verwaltung und Gemeinderat
  • Verantwortung für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und das Informationswesen
  • Leitung und/oder Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen

Sie überzeugen uns mit diesem Profil:

Ihr Fachwissen und Organisationstalent, Ihr vorausschauendes und ganzheitliches Denken, Ihre Volksnähe, Ihr politisches Gespür und Ihre Praxis\- und Führungserfahrung gewähren die Weiterentwicklung von Buttisholz in einem fortschrittlichen Verwaltungsumfeld.

Zudem bringen Sie mit:

  • Kaufmännische oder verwaltungsbezogene Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung in Führung
  • Gemeindeschreiberpatent (bevorzugt im Luzerner Recht)
  • Gutes Verständnis für politische Entscheidungsprozesse und unterschiedliche Interessenlagen
  • Kompetenzen in Projektmanagement, Konzeption und Prozessdenken
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie einen wertschätzenden Führungsstil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute IT\-Kenntnisse (insbesondere CMI)
