Aufgaben Deine Rolle Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Beratungsteams suchen wir eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung im Bereich Generative AI. In dieser Funktion steht nicht die maximale technische Spezialisierung im Vordergrund. Entscheidend sind vielmehr deine Fähigkeit, komplexe technologische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln, Kunden kompetent zu beraten und gemeinsam mit ihnen pragmatische, tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln. Deine Aufgaben Du bewegst dich sicher an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Technologie und Organisation und begleitest Kunden von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von GenAI-Anwendungsfällen. Beratung von Kunden bei der Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von GenAI-Anwendungsfällen Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Übersetzung in umsetzbare technologische Lösungskonzepte Durchführung und Moderation von Kundenworkshops, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsmeetings Entwicklung von GenAI-Roadmaps, Zielbildern und konkreten Umsetzungsvorschlägen Begleitung von Proofs of Concept, Pilotprojekten und produktiven Implementierungen Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Spezialisten, Data Scientists, Software Engineers und weiteren Fachbereichen Unterstützung der Kunden bei organisatorischen, methodischen und technologischen Fragestellungen Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres GenAI-Beratungsangebots

Anforderungen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung. Rund drei bis sieben Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, beispielsweise als Professional, Consultant oder Senior Consultant Beruflich nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Generative AI, Large Language Models oder vergleichbaren AI-Technologien Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung, Technologieberatung oder einer kundenorientierten Consulting-Funktion. Sehr gute Beratungskompetenz sowie ein überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden Fähigkeit, technologische Sachverhalte verständlich, strukturiert und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln. Gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, Geschäftsprozesse und Kundenbedürfnisse. Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und persönliches Entwicklungspotenzial. Erfahrung aus der Privatwirtschaft ist von Vorteil. Wohnsitz in der Deutschschweiz beziehungsweise Bereitschaft, regelmässig bei Kunden vor Ort tätig zu sein Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Das zeichnet dich aus Du verstehst dich nicht primär als klassische Engineering-Fachkraft, sondern als beratungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit technischem Fundament. Du hörst Kunden aufmerksam zu, erkennst ihre tatsächlichen Herausforderungen und entwickelst Lösungen, die technologisch sinnvoll, wirtschaftlich tragfähig und praktisch umsetzbar sind. Dabei überzeugst du durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, dein souveränes Auftreten und deine Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen zusammenzubringen.
