Sie wollen die kantonale Rechtsprechung mitgestalten und haben Freude an der Entscheidredaktion? Die 2. Strafkammer des Obergerichts behandelt Berufungen nach StPO (alle Rechtsgebiete) und Beschwerden in Vollzugsfällen. Zur Strafabteilung gehören drei Strafkammern und die Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Als Gerichtsschreiberin bzw. Gerichtsschreiber wirken Sie mit bei der Abklärung von Rechtsfragen und erhalten Gelegenheit, im Rahmen von schriftlichen Verfahren selbständig Urteilsentwürfe zu erarbeiten. Sie helfen mit bei der Vorbereitung der Verhandlungen und der Erstellung des Referats, führen während den Verhandlungen das Protokoll und anschliessend redigieren Sie die schriftlichen Urteilserwägungen. Sie beantworten schriftliche Anfragen von Parteien sowie von Behörden und stehen dem Sekretariat beratend zur Seite.

**Ihr Profil**

* abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium ergänzt mit Anwaltsabschluss * besonderes Interesse am Straf- und Prozessrecht * deutsche Muttersprache und gute Französischkenntnisse * redaktionelles Geschick * rasche Auffassungsgabe * selbständige, engagierte, zielgerichtete und effiziente Arbeitsweise
