Sie erwartet eine verantwortungsvolle juristische Tätigkeit an einem kantonalen erstinstanzlichen Gericht. Im Team des Zwangsmassnahmengerichts bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen ein, gestalten Entscheidungsprozesse mit und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer fundierten Rechtsprechung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie leisten mit ihrer Arbeit eine verlässliche Grundlage für die richterliche Entscheidfindung, indem Sie Verhandlungen inkl. Einvernahmen vorbereiten, Ihre Meinung im Rahmen der Urteilsberatung einbringen und selbständig Entscheidvorschläge verfassen.
  • Im Rahmen der Fallbearbeitung klären Sie grundsätzliche und spezielle Rechtsfragen.
  • Während Verhandlungen führen Sie präzise und effizient Protokoll.
  • Sie erteilen fundierte Rechtsauskünfte im Zwangsmassnahmenrecht an Behörden sowie Dritte und vermitteln komplexe rechtliche Zusammenhänge verständlich.
  • Neben der Fallarbeit unterstützen Sie das Präsidium des Zwangsmassnahmengerichts in Projekttätigkeiten, betreuen einzelfallweise Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten und leisten Pikettdienst, bei dem auch Einsätze an Wochenenden sowie an Feiertagen möglich sind.

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (MLaw oder Dr. iur.) sowie das Anwaltspatent bilden die Grundlage Ihrer Qualifikation.
  • Sie setzen sich gerne intensiv mit anspruchsvollen juristischen Fragestellungen auseinander und bringen die Bereitschaft mit, sich in unterschiedliche Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie erfassen komplexe Sachverhalte, analysieren diese strukturiert und bereiten Ihre Erkenntnisse verständlich sowie adressatengerecht auf.
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Resilienz sowie Beharrlichkeit ermöglichen es Ihnen, auch anspruchsvolle Fälle effizient und mit hoher Qualität zu bearbeiten.
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement sowie Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität zeichnen Sie ebenfalls aus.
