Basierend auf unserer Erfahrung als Generalplaner im Hoch\- und Brückenbau baust du unseren Bereich Infrastrukturbau mit auf und gibst ihm ein Gesicht. Du übernimmst die ingenieurgeführte Gesamtleitung komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte im Verkehrs\- und Energiebereich, führst interdisziplinäre Teams und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Bauherrschaften sowie Behörden. Mit unternehmerischem Gespür verankerst du unsere Infrastrukturkompetenz nachhaltig im Markt. Die Stelle ist an unserem Standort in Zürich oder Chur möglich. Deine Aufgaben Ingenieurgeführte Gesamtleitung von Infrastrukturprojekten nach SIA 103 in den Bereichen Verkehr und Energie Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsfelds Infrastrukturbau, inklusive Standards, Prozessen und Organisation Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine und Qualität über alle Projektphasen Führung des Planerteams sowie Steuerung externer Fachplaner und Spezialisten Zentrale Ansprechperson für Bauherrschaften, Ämter und Projektbeteiligte Marktbearbeitung: Zielkunden identifizieren, Akquisition und Referenzen aufbauen sowie Partnernetzwerk pflegen Dein Profil Abschluss als Bauingenieur:in ETH/FH idealerweise ergänzt durch einen CAS ETH in Infrastrukturbau\-Management (D\-BAUG) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gesamtleitung anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte Fundierte Kenntnisse der SIA\-Leistungsmodelle, insbesondere SIA 103 Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherrschaften, Behörden und Unternehmern Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude am Aufbau eines Geschäftsfelds Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten Verantwortungsvolle Aufbauaufgabe mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum Möglichkeit, ein Geschäftsfeld von Grund auf mitzugestalten Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit an den Standorten Chur, Zürich und Engadin Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle Weiterbildungsbudget und aktive Förderung Regelmässige Team\-Anlässe und standortübergreifende Aktivitäten Entdecke alle weiteren Benefits auf unserer Karriereseite.
